Global Spectrum appoints new chairman, non-executive directors

Global Spectrum Energy Services Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public of the appointment of Mr Osahon Idemudia as the chairman of the company.

The company said Mrs Comfort Otera Chigbue and Rear Admiral Dickson Olisemenegor were appointed as independent non-executive directors to fill casual vacancies.

According to a statement, the appointments were approved at the board meeting held on Mar. 29, 2021.
