Palm Oil Producer Presco Taps Ex-Wema Bank CEO for Vacant Board Seat

Presco, a major palm oil producer in Nigeria, has announced the appointment of Ademola Adebise as an independent non-executive director to fill the casual board vacancy until the next Annual General Meeting.

Adebise, a former MD/CEO of Wema Bank, is an accomplished professional with over 33 years of experience in information technology, treasury, risk management, financial control and strategic planning, management consulting and corporate banking, according to a statement of Thursday.

“Adebise brings a wealth of diversity and experience that will enrich our leadership team and complement the existing strength of the Board to drive progressive growth for the company. The Board warmly welcomes Mr. Ademola Adebise and looks forward to his valuable contributions to the company,” Presco said.
