NNPC woos Lagos residents as CNG station begins operations
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) has urged Lagos residents to patronise its newly-inaugurated compressed natural gas (CNG) station.
The CNG station, which has a capacity of 5.2 million standard cubic feet per day, was inaugurated on May 30.
“Hello Lagos, switch to compressed natural gas – it’s affordable, safe, and sustainable! Visit us at Plot 22, Isolo Industrial Area, Ilasamaja, to make the conversion today,” the NNPC said on social media platform X on Thursday.
The facility was built in partnership with Transit Gas Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Axxela.
