Nigerian Breweries mourns death of board member

Nigerian Breweries Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public of the demise of a member of its Board of Directors, Mr Oluseyi Bickersteth.

The brewing company said, “With a deep sense of loss, we write to notify the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public of the demise of a member of our Board of Directors, Mr Oluseyi T. Bickersteth, which occurred on Wednesday, 3rd March, 2021.

“Late Mr Bickersteth was appointed to the board effective the 1st of January 2019 and he meritoriously served on the board and the Audit Committee.

“The board and management of our company condole with the family of late Mr Bickersteth and pray that the Almighty grants them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
