AXA Mansard Insurance appoints new CFO

AXA Mansard Insurance Plc says its board of directors has unanimously approved the appointment of Mrs Ngozi Ola-Israel as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

According to the company, Ola-Israel succeeds Mrs Rashidat Adebisi, who has been promoted to the position of Divisional Head, Retail Business.

It said in a statement that the National Insurance Commission had been notified of their appointments.

“Before joining AXA Mansard Insurance in 2014 as Head of the Financial Control Group, Ola-Israel spent seven years in PricewaterhouseCoopers as team lead on audit issues,” it said.

The statement said Adebisi joined AXA Mansard Insurance in 2005 as an Executive Officer to the Financial Controller, Manufacturing Institutional Business Group.
