Nigeria’s Forex Reserves Top $50bn, Highest in 13 Years

Nigeria’s gross foreign exchange reserves have hit $50.4 billion, the highest point in 13 years, the governor of the central bank said on Tuesday.

Olayemi Cardoso, who spoke at a briefing at the end of the two-day Monetary Policy Committee meeting, pointed out the stability in the forex market in the past year.
