Biggest Shareholder Otedola Invests Extra N15.27bn in FirstBank’s Parent

Femi Otedola, chairman of First HoldCo, has bought additional shares worth N15.27 billion in the parent of the country’s oldest lender FirstBank, cementing his position as its biggest shareholder.

The billionaire made the fresh share acquisition through its investment company Calvados Global Services Limited.

He purchased 369,986,122 units of shares at N40.06 apiece on Thursday and 9,779,610 at N46.36 on Friday.
