Legend Internet Listing to Add N11.3bn to Nigerian Stock Market
The listing of Legend Internet on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Thursday will boost the total value of the country’s stock market by N11.28 billion.
The Abuja-based internet company will list two billion ordinary shares at N5.64 apiece on the main board of the NGX.
The bourse said on Tuesday that the company would present the facts behind the listing by introduction and ring the closing gong on Thursday.
“This event will feature the executive management team and its issuing house, Finmal Finance Services Ltd, who will share valuable insights into the company’s strategic vision, growth trajectory, and the anticipated impact of this listing on its operations and market positioning,” it said in a statement.
