BUA Foods’ profit more than doubles as revenue hits N1.5trn

BUA Foods Plc, a major food manufacturer in Nigeria, saw its profit surge by 145.2 percent in 2024 compared to the previous year.

The company’s latest unaudited financial statement released on Thursday show that after-tax profit grew to N274.9 billion from N112.1 billion in 2023. Its revenue also rose from N729.44 billion to N1.53 trillion, the highest in at least five years.
