Firm gets licence to build oil refinery in Gombe

Process Design and Development Limited has been given a licence to establish a refinery with a capacity of 27,000 barrels per stream day in Gombe State.

The licence was presented by the head of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) on Thursday to the managing director/CEO of the company, the regulator said on social media platform X.

The refinery is to be located in Dole-Wure, Akko, Gombe, according to the NMDPRA.
