SAHCO proposes N223.34bn dividend as profit rises 84%

Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc has said its profit for the 2020 financial year increased by 84.15 percent to N482.38 million, compared to the previous year.

The ground handling services provider reported a profit before tax of N566.67 million in 2020, up from N360.93 million a year earlier, according to its financial statements.

Its revenue, however, declined by 8.93 percent to N6.98 billion from N7.67 billion.

The Board of Directors recommended the payment of a dividend of 16.5 kobo (2019: 16.5 kobo) per share on the issued share capital of 1,353,580,000 ordinary shares, amounting to N223,340,700.
