Caverton Offshore Swings to Half-Year Loss of N8.68 Billion 

Caverton Offshore Support Group posted a net loss of N8.68 billion in the first half of this year, compared with a profit of N2.04 billion in the same period of 2025.

The Lagos-listed firm saw its revenue fall to N14.68 billion from N16.47 billion, according to its unaudited financial statements released on Monday.

Caverton is a Nigerian logistics company that provides specialised marine and aviation services primarily to the oil and gas industry across Sub-Saharan Africa. The company supports multinational energy corporations with services including helicopter transportation, offshore support vessels, and comprehensive logistics management.
