Profit at GTCO’s Fintech HabariPay More Than Doubles in Q1

HabariPay Limited, the fintech subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Holding Company (GTCO), posted a profit after tax of N3.67 billion in the first three months of this year compared with N1.66 billion a year earlier.

The company’s total assets grew to N22.13 billion as of March, up from N18.31 billion in December, while liabilities increased to N723.77 million from N565.62 million, according to GTCO’s latest earnings report released on Tuesday.
