Dangote Sugar, Fidelity Bank Rejoin Trillion-Naira Valuation Club

Fidelity Bank and Dangote Sugar Refinery saw their market capitalisation hit the N1 trillion mark again as their shares jumped on Tuesday.

Dangote Sugar surged 9.98 percent to N84.30 per share, with its valuation rising to N1.02 trillion.

The share price of midsize lender Fidelity rose to 7.53 percent to N20 each, lifting its market cap to N1 trillion.

The number of companies in the trillion-naira valuation club has increased to 26, with MTN Nigeria and Dangote Cement leading the pack.
