Zenith Bank Profit Hits N1.04trn as Interest Income Surges

Zenith Bank, Nigeria’s most profitable lender, reported a profit after tax of N1.04 trillion for 2025, up from N1.03 trillion in the previous year.

The bank saw its net interest income jump by 53 percent to N2.64 trillion, according to its audited financial statements released on Tuesday.

Its customer deposits grew to N24.33 trillion from N21.96 trillion, while loans and advances increased to N10.45 trillion from N9.96 trillion.
