[BREAKING] MTN Nigeria Back as Most Valuable Firm, Leaves Airtel in the Dust

MTN Nigeria Communications, the country’s largest telecommunications company, regained its crown as the most valuable company on the stock exchange on Tuesday as its shares soared by 9.99 percent to N451.60 apiece.

Its market value surged to N9.48 trillion from N8.62 trillion on Monday, while that of its biggest rival Airtel Africa stood at N8.68 trillion, according to data from the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
