International Breweries gets new company secretary
The Board of Directors of International Breweries Plc have appointed DCSL Corporate Services Limited (DCSL) as its company secretary, effective January 20, 2025.
DSCL will replace Dr Marian Reginald-Ukwuoma, who has assumed new responsibilities in the company, according to a filing with the NGX.
