Courteville exits Nigerian stock exchange 14 years after listing
Courteville Business Solutions Plc has exited the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) as its shares were delisted on Friday.
The NGX announced the delisting in its weekly report.
The bourse had on October 17 notified the investing public or the full suspension placed on trading in the securities of Courteville Business Solutions Plc in preparation for the delisting of the company.
“Following the approval of the Company’s application to delist its entire issued share capital from the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), please be informed that the entire issued share capital of Courteville was on Friday, 10 November 2023, delisted from the Daily Official List of NGX,” it said
The company was listed on the Nigerian stock exchange in April, 2009 as Courteville Investment Plc, and its name was changed on July 28, 2011.
