LivingTrust Mortgage Bank more than doubles annual profit

LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc has said its profit for the 2020 financial year surged by 111.67 per cent to N132.36 million, compared to the previous year.

Its profit before tax rose to N151.42 million last year from N57.32 million in 2019, according to its financial statements.

Loans and advances to customers grew to N4.08 billion from N1.80 billion while deposits from customers increased to N2.62 billion from N1.21 billion.
